Description

• Build and deliver a sales strategy. • Collaboratively develop a ‘go to market playbook’ and sales strategy. • Meet or exceed set sales goals. • Listen to the market and ensure messaging and product features are best in class. • Support sales, marketing, and customer success operational processes. • Hire, lead and coach a high functioning sales team. • Grow and nurture the team and plan for career growth. • Plan and lead outbound lead generation and sales strategies. • Communicate with prospects and explain Paidiem’s value proposition. • Attend industry functions and trade shows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. • Experience in start-up environments and/or the financial industry. • Staffing industry experience; knowledge of contingent workforce lifecycle, MSP programs, VMS technology and ATS. • Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing a high functioning sales team. • Experience building an end to end sales pipeline: identifying and developing prospects to closure. • Comfortable communicating and selling to C-suite level clients. • Driven relationship-based sales performer. • Ability to quickly adopt and learn sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals. • Proficient with sales and marketing tools, such as Hubspot. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
