• Develop sales strategy for new fleet customers • Lead Canadian sales team and drive alignment • Set and achieve monthly sales targets • Cultivate long-term client relationships • Establish trusted advisor relationships with fleet customers • Mentor a highly effective sales team • Facilitate communication between customers and InCharge departments • Utilize Salesforce for sales forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in high-level, strategic sales • Proven experience leading a direct sales team • Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and maintaining thorough client and internal documentation • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms • Willingness to travel 35% or more to meet business and client needs
