Description
• Assign team members to open roles across our scopes of work • Consider business factors such as profitability, risk, timing, skill match, and location constraints when staffing roles • Responsible for managing the utilization targets and ensuring our talent is optimally allocated to fulfill client needs • Responsible for bench management and working closely with our Human Resources Partners to address performance issues, relocations, job rotations, exits, etc. • Collaborate with account leadership to plan staff onboarding/offboarding • Collaborate with talent team to clearly define new role requirements • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to our leadership teams • Leveraging business intelligence tools to manage workforce data
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in talent management, capacity & workforce management • Proven intermediate to advanced expertise with Google suite (docs, sheets, slides) • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in support of our employees • Ability to work proactively, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail
