• Coordinate with dispatch team to identify recruitment needs and candidate selection criteria. • Conduct resume screening, interviews, and coordinate pre-employment testing. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with active and passive candidates. • Post job openings and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. • Maintain data on weekly recruitment and hiring activity.
• High school diploma and or Post-secondary diploma, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in recruiting trades, or multi-discipline professionals is an asset. • Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, and applicant tracking systems is advantageous. • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation. • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive tasks effectively. • Strong computer, interpersonal, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Positive attitude and a team player with a commitment to the success of the business.
