Description
• Manage the entire recruitment process for our sales departments, ensuring a smooth and impeccable candidate experience. • Establish strong partnerships with recruiting managers, contributing to their talent attraction and acquisition strategy. • Write job descriptions in French and English for North American and European markets, ensuring fair and inclusive processes. • Identify, interview, qualify and support candidates at every stage, ensuring rigorous documentation in our candidate management system. • Participate in key talent attraction events, including evening and weekend events. • Contribute to continuous improvement projects you're passionate about, develop campaigns to attract talent, and coach interviewers and recruitment managers on best practices.
Requirements
• Over 4 years' expertise in recruitment, with a focus on the human experience of both hiring teams and candidates. • In-depth understanding of the sales industry, with a focus on finding talent that aligns not only with the company's objectives, but also with its values. • Bilingualism in French and English, with an ability to understand and translate the needs of complex roles, and to provide a respectful and caring experience for English-speaking candidates across Canada and the United States.
