• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field is preferred • Bilingual (French/English) is required. • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar or related role within the translation industry. • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and organization is paramount with a continuous desire to learn and improve. • Knowledge of recruitment best practices • Ability to effectively collaborate in a remote-first environment. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
