Description
• Lead the Business Development Team and drive sales initiatives. • Responsible for driving revenue growth, forging key partnerships, and expanding market presence. • Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines. • Build the Loop sales playbook and methodology. • Oversee day-to-day sales operations. • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. • Handle client product demos and consult clients on appropriate products. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Requirements
• 5+ years proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the tech industry. • You are a coach. • Previous experience leading highly successful and driven sales teams, with proven success of reaching and exceeding revenue targets. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis and reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. • Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to push things forward under pressure and manage a large workload effectively.
