• 5+ years proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the tech industry. • You are a coach. • Previous experience leading highly successful and driven sales teams, with proven success of reaching and exceeding revenue targets. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis and reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. • Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to push things forward under pressure and manage a large workload effectively.
