• Manage the day to day office operations and relationship with vendors. • Assist the finance & HR teams in various projects and tasks. • Help with the bookkeeping cycle at the end of every month. • Be responsible for accounts payable and purchasing. • Partner with our sales team to manage the procurement process and invoicing. • Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks, including travel and event logistics, document filing and data entry.
• Capacity and ambition to learn a lot, very fast. • Not afraid to tackle a project, even if you’ve never done anything of the sort before. • Not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and do the work, even when it falls outside of your job description. • Ability to multitask and change focus rapidly. • Ability to communicate in French and English.
