• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and visitors • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office • Ability to provide customer support in person, over the phone, or via email • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems • Experience working in a professional services/engineering office setting is a plus • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy • Typing skills to efficiently handle correspondence and documentation • Comfortable using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
