Description
•As our Customer Service Manager, you will manage administrative tasks •Perform documentation, editing, filing, organization, and sales support •Train, supervise and oversee the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed and service levels are maintained •Leads the Administration team •Oversees Checklists - New client onboarding •Works with senior branch leadership for strong training and development •Manages templates, letters, and condo documents •Coordinates administrative support services, facilities, and record management •Reviews processes and recommends procedural or policy changes •Oversees office policies in coordination with senior leadership •Manages office maintenance and custodial operations •Troubleshoots IT issues within the branch •Participates in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee •Other duties as assigned
Requirements
•Understanding of Condominium Management industry would be a strong asset •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level •Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level •Comfortable learning new computer software quickly and able to perform basic troubleshooting •Ability to create and maintain company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level •Fast and accurate keyboard skills will be an asset •Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level •Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) •Project management at a proficient level •Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player •Time management and time critical prioritization skills
