• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts. • Identify and seize opportunities for client acquisition and contract expansion. • Oversee customer account management, negotiating rates, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Plan and execute daily transportation plans, including negotiation and booking of loads. • Assure coverage for the entire fleet of dry van trucks from the US. • Collaborate with teams to reach division targets and assist other divisions when needed. • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain contact throughout order duration, and resolve day-to-day issues. • Communicate with planners and outbound teams daily to optimize trips. • Monitor and collaborate with dispatchers for on-time pickup and delivery, while accurately inputting information into our TMW system. • Other duties may be assigned.
• Proven experience in client support or account management in transportation. • Excellent communication in English and French, both verbal and written. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Strong negotiation abilities for contract agreements and rate discussions, technical proficiency (Word, excel, Outlook, CRM, and TMS) • A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
