• Install and configure hardware and software • Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process • Provide onsite and remote support to end users • Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings • Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devices • Ability to work in Active Directory • Understanding of Cisco Meraki, Fortinet • Create documentation for staff for training purposes • Resolve Tier 1 support tickets
• 6+ years of IT experience in a technician role • A Valid BC driver’s license and a willingness to travel as needed • Excellent client communication skills • Strong documentation skills • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work overtime when needed • Ability to travel to client sites when required • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Must be able to lift/move 50lbs
