• Provide excellent customer service to members through various channels • Respond to inquiries and resolve member issues promptly and professionally • Educate members on services, policies, and procedures • Assist members with account setup and management • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments • Maintain accurate records of member interactions • Identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction • Collaborate with other departments for seamless member experience
Requirements
