Description
• Assist and greet all customers (in person and on the phone) • Book deliveries • Process payment from customers • Filing / records management • Assist Manager with any administrative tasks as assigned • Partner with sales consultants / team members to provide optimal customer solutions
Requirements
• Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner • Be a quick study when it comes to computers software and systems (intermediate computer literacy is essential) • Have outstanding oral and written communication skills • Enjoy working within a diverse team
