• Provide high-quality support to schools and educators • Respond to inquiries from schools and educators promptly via email and phone • Manage and maintain the support inbox • Monitor the Slack channel and escalate issues • Identify trends in queries and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with the US team to resolve issues • Document and escalate key issues
• Passion for positive social impact and the education sector • Experience in customer service or customer success is helpful but not essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving concerns • Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred • Previous experience with customer service software (e.g Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot) helpful but not essential
