• Creating positive customer experiences by responding to support queries across email, phone and chat channels in an effective and timely manner • Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Operations, Integrations, Hardware) to troubleshoot customer questions with 1VALET software or hardware and raise solutions to close customer pain points • Developing templates and support resources to drive stronger CX outcomes (NPS) for property managers and residents • Analyzing user feedback and collaborating with internal Design, Development and Installation teams to turn insights into product improvements
• Three or more years experience in a Customer Service/Support role • Technical experience in a software/technology company or related field preferred (property technology, access control or security) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Familiarity with CX/CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) • Fluency in both English and French required
