Mobile Application Development and Point of Sale
• Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources • Conduct high volume prospecting through phone, text, and email • Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency • Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce • Understand and leverage product features to meet targets • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role • Track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas • Passionate about sales, restaurant industry, SaaS, and technology • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (2x a week in our Toronto office)
