• At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role, with experience selling automation solutions, as well as selling into healthcare and/or IT a plus • Have a consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly • Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for prospecting and outreach • Resilience, a consistently positive attitude, and a growth mindset are essential for success in this role • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
