🔄 Hybrid – Vancouver
• You will execute against the seasonal Marketing development plan in collaboration with tentree's Brand team and regional sales reps. • You will identify opportunities for program placement with the right partners and regions. • You will follow up with regional reps to ensure the execution and results of marketing plans. • You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Creative teams to develop assets for market tactics. • You will project manage the creation and distribution of seasonal marketing assets (e.g., POP, window displays). • You will attend tradeshows in Canada and the US as needed based on business requirements. • You will look for ways to implement process improvements while training others (and keeping them accountable!) on how to use these tools. • You will provide weekly Wholesale results and update the weekly business recap. • You will utilize Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, xlookup, etc. • You will support the organization, coordination, and execution of tentree's bi-annual sales meeting. • You will play a crucial role in the operations of our warehouse sales and temporary retail shops. • You will coordinate and manage community events with our retail partners. • You will assist with other Wholesale and Marketing projects, as required.
• Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, or Wholesale Operations. • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
