Description
• The Senior Manager, Digital Messaging Automation will own and drive the technical development and implementation of 1:1 communication campaigns, automated workflows and marketing journeys. • The Senior Manager, Digital Messaging Automation will manage campaigns, data preparation, deployment and analysis of email and push campaigns. • The majority of your time will be spent working within the digital messaging platform and our CDP (Braze and Segment.io) and will apply HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL skills to code and deploy emails, build new segmentation, data trigger automated emails and journeys in email, and push channels. • Please note that this is an 18 month contract role.
Requirements
• Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified with advanced experience in marketing technology, including CDP platforms like Segment.io • Expertise in managing 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, including user lifecycle management, segmentation, building conversion events • Expertise in data and analytics, including database set up and clean up, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting • Advanced knowledge of email deliverability guidelines, best practices and resolutions • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines • A curious mind and able to navigate ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment
