Description

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships to develop and potentially co market with key partners, including Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft. • Collaborate closely with partner relationship teams to align on joint marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that leverage the strengths of Achievers and its key partners. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, email marketing, content creation, and social media, to drive awareness and demand generation. • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies that highlight the value of the Achievers and partner solutions. • Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on partner offerings and joint value propositions. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. • Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven experience in partner marketing within the B2B technology space. • Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR technology, and related industries. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance. • Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft ecosystems is a plus.
