Description

• As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities. • Your responsibilities will involve a variety of outreach and organizational tasks that help the Sales team increase velocity and revenue. • You will prospect new customers, qualify leads, and set up meetings with Account Executives. • You will promptly respond to inbound leads, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries about Solink’s Products and Services. • You will conduct thorough initial discovery and qualification of leads, ensuring alignment with Solink’s target customer profile before passing to an Account Executive. • You will attend trade shows and conferences to showcase the value of Solink, fostering relationships and generating interest among potential clients. • You will leverage modern sales tools including LinkedIn, Gong, Loom, Infotelligent and Hubspot to enhance outreach effectiveness and streamline communication.

Requirements

• You have an education in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR have relative experience in a similar role. • You are an overachiever. Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met (you are results driven, self disciplined, and organized). • You thrive both with your individual responsibilities and in being part of a supportive, cohesive team. • You know how to effectively LISTEN. • You have STRONG communication skills and effortlessly build relationships with peers and customers, and intuitively understand people (you have high empathy and know your audience). • You are coachable and eager to learn - you are on a never-ending journey of self-improvement and personal development, sharing your knowledge with others and taking responsibility for your own development. • You enjoy problem solving and like to be creative with solutions. • You have the ability to have FUN and get things done. • You like the possibility of traveling for work. • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
