• Help fuel our sales engine for businesses across Canada • Act as a key feedback mechanism to the sales and product teams • Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies that build a robust sales pipeline • Maintain detailed records of your activities and interactions in our CRM system
• Previous experience in sales or a strong desire to enter the sales field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and effective messages • A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching potential clients • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize your efficiency • A desire to learn, grow and contribute to a team environment • Motivated by exceeding targets with a proven track record of over-achieving quota consistently and predictably • Analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make adjustments accordingly • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
