• 1+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling programmatic media and managed services to ad agencies • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations • Understanding of the adtech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMPs and the role they play • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of clients • Eagerness to establish key relationships with decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies across Canada • Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle • Strong, motivated, fun team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence • Confidence in negotiation skills • Add value to the fun, professional, support oriented Nexxen team culture • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events, ensuring strong client relationships and successful campaign execution.
