•2+ years of sales experience in software or solutions, with a strong track record in mid-market or enterprise environments. •Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as collaborate with internal teams. •Demonstrated success in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives. •Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. •A strategic mindset with the ability to understand the “big picture” and align sales strategies with broader IT and business objectives. •A team-oriented approach, promoting a “win as a team” culture that prioritizes customer success. •Willingness to travel up to 50%.
