• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership and fleet customers in Eastern Canada, centered around Toronto. • Establish and maintain strong, enduring client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty • Act as a trusted advisor to dealership groups and their fleet customers, offering tailored solutions in both public and private sectors • Develop and implement EV charging solutions that encompass hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems • Negotiate and finalize contracts, driving revenue growth and enhancing client engagement • Educate customers on relevant local, state, and federal incentives and grants • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet or surpass sales targets • Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and accurately forecast sales
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant sales or project management experience • Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and maintain comprehensive documentation • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, and operations, to develop superior customer solutions • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools • Willingness to travel 25% or more to meet business and client needs
