Description
• Seeking a self-motivated and detailed individual to grow business in Canada • Work closely with executives, leadership team, and field salesforce • Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
• 5+ years of business development management experience • Proven ability to scale business successfully • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Excellent communication skills • Background in direct sales • Background with Non-Profit organizations • Ability and willingness to travel across multiple provinces and locations • Experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue • Experience with CRM software • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Research new market opportunities • Oversee current growth project results and make recommendations for improvements • Research and pursue new business opportunities and lead them through the sales cycle
Benefits
