• Responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base in the construction and project management sectors. • Develop and implement business development initiatives to enhance market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and project management sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. • Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects and partnerships. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and develop tailored solutions. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Oversee the business development team, providing mentorship and guidance. • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. • 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction or project management industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and achieving revenue targets. • Strong understanding of the construction industry, project management practices, and market dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Occasional travel to industry events and client meetings across Canada may be required. • Ability to carve out a career pathway that is unique to each individual • Support through necessary training, tools, and guidance
