Description
• Managing a portfolio across 2 or more crafts • Collaboratively working with the talent acquisition team and stakeholders to operationalize a world-class TA experience • Providing vision and strategic direction to Talent Acquisition strategies • Planning, sourcing, assessing, and qualifying top talent for Klick • Developing tactical sourcing plans and actively recruiting candidates • Establishing key connections and relationships in support of sourcing activities
Requirements
• 7-9+ years experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies • Experience managing external vendors (agencies, LinkedIn, etc.) • Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization • Results and solutions oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong initiative and solid judgment • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Bonus points: Prior experience in advertising agency or healthcare marketing
