Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers through recruitment processes • Ensure welcoming onboarding process for new employees • Oversee casual hourly recruitment • Actively seek diverse talent and promote equal opportunity • Provide guidance on recruitment to hiring managers and candidates • Stay current with legal requirements and company policies • Focus on delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

• Minimum of a post-secondary Diploma in a related field • 2 years of HR experience focused on recruitment • Experience in a unionized environment • CPHR certification preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Familiarity with HRIS systems, Onboarding applications, ATS, and Microsoft Office • Proactive mindset towards process improvement initiatives
