• Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching, advice, and consultation on employee relations, compensation, performance management, off-boarding, and exit interviews. • Deliver high-quality HR services promptly and accurately, ensuring alignment with client expectations and capabilities. • Guide managers through employee relations issues, including performance challenges and disciplinary actions. • Partner with HR Team to provide training, tools, and support to enhance client self-sufficiency on HR issues. • Partner with the Total Rewards team to assist in drafting and revising job descriptions for organizational design, recruitment, and job evaluation processes. • Collect and communicate feedback from managers and employees regarding HR products and services. • Lead clients through realignment, restructuring, and reorganization processes, providing recommendations. • Manage special HR projects outside the scope of the HR Business Solutions team.
• Significant experience as an HR advisor or business partner role, managing complex workloads. • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline; post-graduate certificate in Human Resource is an asset. CHRL designation preferred. • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices and expertise in HR management theories, employee relations, and performance management. • Strong relationship-building and coaching skills and proven ability to guide and interact with multiple management layers. • Discreet handling of confidential information. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and recommend solutions. • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through. • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Ability to lead, influence, and bring creative business solutions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
