• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies • Oversee and optimize performance across various demand generation channels • Own and manage Magical's lifecycle marketing program • Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product development teams • Develop and implement targeted lead generation programs • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs • Track and analyze key performance metrics
• At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment • Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies • Proficient in marketing automation software and CRM systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • High level of creativity and innovation • Strong organizational and project management skills • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization • Experience at early stage company (preferred)
