• Create and oversee the annual plan for demand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Delbridge GTM strategy. • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content, events, and partnerships. • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to define campaign messaging, target markets, buying personas, and behaviours. • Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear measurement plans and KPIs, focusing on the generation of leads. • Own the planning and management of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Campaign Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or ABM marketer. • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. • Proven experience successfully developing and implementing Account Based and Omnichannel marketing strategies. • Profound understanding of customer and prospect audiences at the company, team, and individual contributor levels. • Exceptional storytelling skills with the capability to craft and adapt compelling messages that inspire prospects and customers to rethink their challenges. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Proficiency in budget management and performance reporting. • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
