• Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client • Create documentation and participate in project meetings • Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution • Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead • Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using always using the best practices available • Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training • Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting client’s specification • Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
• 3–5 years of experience in Software development/consulting/implementation, preferably in corporate performance management solutions • Strong understanding of Vena software (or similar CPM products), including its features, functionalities, capabilities, configuration, and customization • Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations • Experience with databases concepts and expertise in MS Excel • Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings • High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions • Ability to travel for short trips frequently to customer facilities when needed • Ability to understand and communicate in English
