• This role requires proficiency in sales analytics, process improvement, and CRM management to effectively support and enhance decision-making across the sales organization. • This position will be working close with Sales/BD, Program Managers, Sales Support and Finance teams. • This role requires being in Montreal office 2-3 days per month or more often if required. • Generate regular revenue reports and pipeline metrics to track performance against targets and objectives. • Create and maintain interactive dashboard to visual sales performance and pipeline status for senior leadership. • Utilize data visualization tools to enable insightful analysis for decision-making. • Review and refine the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Conduct weekly forecast of expected billings. • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget plans by providing data driven insights and analysis. • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align forecast with business objectives. • Oversee the maintenance of CRM. • Address any system issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems. • Generate reports to track sales activities and pipeline status. • Evaluate and manage sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. • Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 3 years experience in a similar role. • Experience with Power BI required, SQL preferred. • Proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce) • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Experience with ERP systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in the defense industry is preferred.
