• Responsible for implementing, administering, and reporting on commissions and incentive payments • Partner with Business Leadership, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll to calculate commissions • Address employee commission inquiries, perform validations, and obtain required approvals • Administer the company's commissions program using an auditable commissions processing system • Set up and manage commission plans, calculate and issue commissions, and resolve issues
• Military, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 3 - 5 years of relevant Commission, or Sales Ops experience, preferably in the technology industry • Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of commission tools, and integration to SalesForce is highly preferred • Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology company • Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management • Superior quantitative and analytical skills • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team • Results-driven and comfortable handling multiple deadlines • Highly organized and able to plan and execute • Ability to manage a wide range of projects, people, and deliverables • The ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaboration • Business-level written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with public speaking skills in both online and in-person forums • Strong interpersonal skills used to collaborate with upline, downline, and across departments • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient solutions • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
