Description
• Manage a team of sales professionals • Represent and execute sales strategies • Create a high-energy culture • Drive the team to generate new pipeline • Deliver tailored technology solutions • Collaborate with Commercial leadership team and Marketing • Review sales results and lead training sessions
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant technology sales experience • 2+ years of people leadership experience • Strong track record of sales experience in a quota-driven sales capacity, preferably in technology sales • Experience in developing top sales talent • Proficient with CRM tools – SFDC preferably • Understanding of MEDDPIC selling skills is preferred, but not required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
