• Scale a high-performing team of BDRs and SDRs by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members • Play a critical role in Float achieving pipeline and revenue targets • Contribute to long-term outbound strategy • Engineer and manage BDR KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize value from demand generation efforts • Identify and make recommendations for process improvement • Craft and test new approaches for messaging and qualification of XDR deals • Train, enable, and upskill the team across core XDR competencies
• 6+ years of tech sales experience and at least 4 years of people management experience, ideally in a high-growth start-up environment • BDR experience at a high-growth Canadian Fintech or SaaS company • Experience implementing and refining sales methodologies • Proven success leading highly successful and driven sales teams, reaching and exceeding revenue targets • Strong forecast methodology for delivering consistent, predictable results • Proven track record of success driving revenue growth and impacting customer acquisition • Comfortable with difficult conversations and providing/receiving candid feedback • Advocate for customers and understand their needs • Clear communicator at all levels of the organization
