• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging market research, industry insights, and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, meet sales sales targets, and expand market share in target industries and geographic regions • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers, understanding their business needs, challenges, and priorities, and positioning AltaML's AI solutions as a strategic partner of choice • Lead end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning developers, and project managers, to develop customized AI solutions that meet client needs and drive value • Represent AltaML at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing expertise, thought leadership, and innovative AI solutions to prospective clients and partners • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the AI landscape, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology or AI industry • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to articulate value propositions, address objections, and close deals effectively • Results-oriented mindset with focus on driving outcomes, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable business results • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business credentials are a plus
