Description

• Support the Associate Director of Sales Operations & Strategy on various projects • Use quantitative methods to develop insights that support decision making • Source necessary data and visualize it using Tableau or Power BI • Perform research and fact finding to enhance salesforce effectiveness • Draft high-level business requirement documents and discussion materials • Coordinate between PMO, business units, and IT independently • Establish/document repeatable processes for quicker analysis turnaround • Own recurring reporting and analysis such as KPIs • Oversee CRM platform operations ensuring data accuracy • Conduct analysis to understand financial implications and address operational issues • Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and support Sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Math or related field • 3-4 years of work experience, ideally in Analytics, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Corporate Development and Strategy (Financial Services preferred) • Strong business acumen and passion for understanding and solving problems for consumers of financial services using rigorous data-driven methods and advanced analytical approaches • Excellent analytical, modeling and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point) • Strong technical skills • Familiar with agile methodology • Experience with databases (e.g. SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of VBA and statistics (regression analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.) would be an asset • Strong attention to detail
