Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management issues • Cultivate and manage enduring client relationships • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and executives, offering marketing consultation and customer service • Formulate and execute marketing strategies, documentation, and assist in developing RFP responses for existing and prospective clients • Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure prompt and successful project delivery based on client requirements • Monitor and promptly communicate changes in project scope on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis to clients and internal teams • Coordinate with internal teams to predict, monitor, and communicate key account metrics to clients • Engage in contract negotiations and finalize agreements to optimize profitability • Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients and propose enhancements • Generate reports on account status for internal stakeholders • Assist in handling challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary

Requirements

• Proven background in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role • 3-5 years of Client Service experience • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience, encompassing Social Media, CRM, Branding, Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Service, and Strategic Planning • Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executives • At least 3 years of experience in an Agency environment • Demonstrated history of delivering customer-focused solutions • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to anticipate risks and devise mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Capable of working in a diverse team setting with rapidly changing priorities • Familiarity with project management tools • Keen attention to detail
