Description

• Identify, lead, participate and organize relevant Tier 2 and 3 industry trade shows, along with our presence at Strategic Partner tradeshows, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and staffing • Lead the planning and execution of Axonify-hosted webinars and virtual events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and values • Assist the Sr Event Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of Axonify-owned events including our Community Conference, Roadshows and the Executive Axonify Advisory Council • Create briefs, workback schedules, project plans, organizational and other standard tools used in the event industry • Develop, maintain and enhance positive partner and vendor relationships & transparent communication with internal departments • Review, evaluate and negotiate event contracts with a variety of vendors and venues to reach the best outcomes. • Ensure the event experience and all content created is to the highest standards and representative of the Axonify brand • Establish success metrics for events and gather feedback to continuously improve future initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end events management, preferably in a corporate or startup environment • Problem-solving orientation and ability to manage through stressful situations; resourceful and forward-thinking; able to anticipate future issues and mitigate risks or challenges • Demonstrated project management skills, with the proven ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Process design expertise, enabling consistent execution and scalability • Meticulously detail-oriented and passionately customer-focused • Team player who is highly collaborative and skilled at working across globally dispersed teams • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills – in particular with senior-level executive stakeholders • Driven, energetic, and results orientedExperience with virtual and hybrid event technologies an asset • Manage the events budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact. • A self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges. You're independent and take-charge while being a consummate team player • Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, and influenced to deliver business growth through new initiatives • Valid passport and ability to travel
