• Consult with HR and business stakeholders to understand technology and reporting requirements and translate into custom reports, dashboards, and technology solutions that meet the goals of the organization; • Partner with HR functional leads to define and track key metrics to measure the success of our people programs; • Ensure a high degree of data integrity and accuracy across the HR tech stack by performing regular data audits and partnering with stakeholders to resolve data issues; • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for queries and troubleshooting across the HR tech stack; • Partner with HR functional leads to assist in the design and implementation of business process enhancements and automations to optimize efficiency and improve the digital employee experience; • Create and maintain detailed documentation for HR systems and processes; • Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the execution of the HR Technology Roadmap; • Remain current on data privacy regulations and best practices that impact people data analytics and the HR tech stack; • Keep abreast of system functionality, new features and enhancements; • Provide recommendations for improvement on system functionality, processes and documentation; • Participate in data conversion activities from one system to another when needed.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business or related field of study; • Minimum of 4 years related Human Resources technology experience at the specialist level, with functional knowledge of HR principles and best practices; • Minimum 4 years experience in Workday HCM, business process configuration, integrations, EIBs, and security models; • Minimum 4 years Workday Report Writer experience with the ability to create custom reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and complex calculated fields; • Subject matter expertise in HR reporting and analytics involving complex data sets, including a demonstrated ability for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and drawing out key people data insights; • Demonstrated experience supporting the HR tech stack in business requirements gathering, configuration/testing, and implementation of enhancements and releases; • Exceptional customer service focus, combined with the ability to leverage a consultative approach to deliver quality business solutions; • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data and HR initiatives; • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues and information clearly to all levels of the organization; • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously; • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite products, with advanced proficiency of MS Excel/Google Sheets; • Experience with HR technologies including Greenhouse, 15Five, and CultureAmp, CompLogix, ADP Workforce Now an asset; • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Domo) and reading/writing SQL an asset; • Experience with Workday Leave and Absence Management, Skills Cloud, Studio Integrations an asset.
