• Support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off boarding. • Partner closely with Director, overseeing People programs. • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance. • Organize recruitment and onboarding for Co-op program. • Create standard and ad-hoc reports and letters. • Accountable for HRIS system management. • Implement and facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes. • Oversee digital training platform updates. • Lead company team building and volunteering events. • Create Monthly People and Operations Newsletter.
• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience. • Positive attitude with a passion for learning. • Empathetic communicator with superior interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain professional boundaries & confidentiality. • Ability to propose better ways of doing things. • Able to lead and make decisions while dealing with ambiguity. • Able to provide thoughtful support regarding HR matters. • Entrepreneurial, passionate, and enthusiastic to work in a fast-growing company.
