Description
• Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries on products and bone health. • Actively listen to customers and provide information needed for informed decisions. • Support customers via email and phone. • Process orders and returns for customers. • Help customers understand DEXA bone scan results. • Update records of customer interactions and process accounts.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). • Solid customer service background. • Highly motivated to work at home. • Passionate about natural health. • Expert at building rapport with customers. • Organized and humble. • Willingness to accept feedback and improve. • Brilliant multi-tasker capable of shifting priorities.
