Description
• Support customers through various channels (phone, live chat, email) • Conduct demos to understand customer needs • Assist with onboarding calls to help clinics get comfortable with using Jane • Troubleshoot and investigate customer questions related to clinic operations • Contribute to Jane's reputation and build strong relationships • Lead interactions with empathy and curiosity • Guide customers in achieving their goals and making Jane valuable
Requirements
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS/Product Support environment • Cross-function with other teams and deliver customer feedback • Familiarity with communication and CRM toolings • Tech-savvy with a desire to find efficient workflows • Agility to adapt to various situations and switch context • Strong intention to understand the why behind things
