Description
• Build and maintain strong client relationships • Guide new clients through implementation process • Participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings • Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions • Act as liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and client retention metrics
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in client success or similar roles • Full proficiency in professional-level English and French • Experience working in the language translation industry • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS and providing technical support • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite • Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software
