• Build, develop, and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle through active prospecting to non-spenders, handling inbound leads, and ensuring effective closure and ongoing retention of clients through proactive outreach for upcoming translation projects • Identify and secure product expansion, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts assigned to you • Manage ongoing projects and client relationships with new professional translation clients referred by the Business Development team • Perform Quarterly Business Review meetings with your assigned accounts to gather customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction • Handle client objections, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution of client issues or quality concerns raised • Demonstrate strategic thinking, handle pressure, and consistently meet sales targets
• 4+ years of experience in account management • Full proficiency in professional-level English and French • Subject matter expertise in the financial industry is a must • Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with C-level executives and senior managers • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, G-drive) • Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
