Description

• Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with MDU property management • Lead Generation: Generate leads and execute sales strategy within the MDU segment • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth • Marketing Events: Organize and execute marketing events and programs • Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends to inform sales strategy • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and clients efficiently • Customer Engagement: Educate clients on new promotions and services • Brand Representation: Maintain and uphold Rally's brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of business development, account management, or B2C sales experience • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle • Extensive knowledge of competitor services in the residential MDU landscape • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce and Odoo experience a plus • Post-secondary degree in Business or related field preferred • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed • Passion for technology and providing exceptional customer experiences
