Description
• Responsible for securing HVAC service, maintenance, retrofits, and contract agreements • Assist new and existing customers in developing the best possible solutions for their needs • Contribute to the revenue growth of the company • Play an active role in the marketing, planning, and technical development of products and services
Requirements
• Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Technologist, EIT, HVAC Technician or equivalent experience in commercial HVAC service • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in a trade role and/or 3 - 5 years of sales experience • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the commercial HVAC industry • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and applications • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
